Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-12 · Status: preview draft

1. Service description

CloudAnalyse provides a multi-cloud FinOps platform that ingests cost-billing data from your AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud accounts and surfaces it through reporting, anomaly detection, forecasting, allocation, and commitment optimization tools. We act as a data processor for cloud billing exports you authorize us to read.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least eighteen years old and authorized to bind your organization. Each tenant maintains its own users, roles, and data isolation; cross-tenant access is forbidden except for the explicit platform-administrator role assigned to CloudAnalyse staff for support operations.

3. Acceptable use

  • You will not attempt to access another tenant's data.
  • You will not use the service to enrich, resell, or redistribute cloud-cost data of organizations you do not represent.
  • You will not attempt to circumvent rate limits, the audit log, or the row-level-security boundaries that enforce tenant isolation.
  • You will use read-only cloud credentials where the platform accepts read-only access; write access is not required for any feature.

4. Data and confidentiality

You retain ownership of all data you provide or that we ingest on your behalf (cost-billing exports, tag taxonomies, allocation rules). We treat your data as confidential and do not share it with third parties except as required to deliver the service (cloud-provider billing APIs, our subprocessors named in the Privacy Notice) or as required by law.

Cross-tenant data leakage is the primary risk model the platform is built around. Application database isolation is enforced through PostgreSQL row-level security with a non-superuser application role; every write carries an immutable hash-chained audit trail.

5. Intellectual property

The CloudAnalyse platform, source code, agents, models, and all associated trademarks are our property or licensed to us. Nothing in this preview confers a license to copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the platform. Your data remains yours; your aggregated, de-identified usage may be used to improve the product.

6. Warranties and disclaimers

During the preview period the service is provided “as is.” We make best-effort commitments to uptime, accuracy, and security, but the formal SLA, warranty posture, and limitation of liability live in the customer contract. Cloud-cost figures are presented to the precision of upstream billing data and may lag the cloud provider's own console by up to 24 hours.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law. Tenant deletion executes a complete purge of your application-database rows in dependency order; the audit-log record of the erasure event persists.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice to active customers. The contract-bound version of the terms always takes precedence over this page.
